Deleting Your Account and Data

You may delete your account via the GENEFIT app by following these steps:
- On the GENEFIT app, click 'Settings'
- Click on 'Manage my Data'
- Under the 'Select Category' drop-down, select 'Delete my data' and submit the request form
- Go back to the 'Settings' menu and click on 'Delete my account' at the bottom of the menu. Confirm to delete your account.

Alternatively, you can request for your account and data to be deleted by emailing us at info@genefit.pro.

Please note the following:
- Deleting your account cannot be reversed. Your activity data, injury data, and if you have completed a GENEFIT Genetic Test, your Genetic Data, will not be retrievable after it has been deleted.
- The following data will be deleted: Personal info, Health and fitness data, Genetic data, Photos and videos, App info and performance, and Device or other IDs.
- We will notify you once we have completed deleting your information.
- It may take up to 45 days to delete your account and your information.
- We may retain a record of your deletion request when required or by law.
